Levy at Levi’s® Stadium is committed to providing the highest quality food and beverage for our guests. All food and beverage is to be arranged through Levy’s Catering Department. Guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization.
Alvin Kabiling ( Senior Executive Chef)
Alvin joined the team in 2018 at Levi’s Stadium as the Executive Chef, overseeing the culinary department. As a part of the opening team of the Fremont Marriott hotel and Parcel 104 restaurant at the Santa Clara Marriott, Alvin brings over 25 years of experience working in both restaurants and large scale hotel catering. Alvin joined Levy Restaurants in 2014 as the Executive Sous Chef of Oracle Arena. During his tenure, he oversaw all culinary aspects in the premium areas, including; Suites, Clubs, Catering and led premium service for five championship seasons of The Golden State Warriors, including the NBA Finals and the Commissioners Party. Alvin was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam in the Western Pacific, and is a graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He credits his culinary range to the many great chefs he has worked with throughout his career at Marriott and Levy Restaurants. He learned early on that “if you take care of your team, they will take care of the guests”. That holds true to this day as he leads the culinary team at Levi’s Stadium.
Sergio Torrez ( Executive Sous Chef)
Sergio brings 15 year of experience to his position for Levy at Levi’s Stadium. Previously, he served as the Regional Trainer for Specialties Bakery & Café, here in the Bay, over an impressive span of six years. Sergio played a key role as lead trainer with the opening management team that included four back to back store grand openings while with Specialties. His passion for new experiences, timed with the ground breaking of Levi’s Stadium in 2014, sparked his interest to pursue an opportunity to work at the San Francisco 49ers state of the art new facility. Over his tenure at Levi’s Stadium, Sergio has risen to the top of his game and is now leading Levy’s extensive pastry program. Sergio was born in San Jose, CA and graduated from Professional Culinary Institute in 2008 with a degree in Culinary Arts & Professional Baking.
The quantity of servers and bartenders is based on your final guaranteed counts and type of service. Please note that all food, beverage and related items are subject to a 21% administrative fee ( 25% is retained by Levy and 75% is distributed to service employees) plus applicable sales tax. The 25% portion of the administration fee is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips and gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
Bartender fees are $200.00 per bartender for a maximum of ( 4) four hours of continuous service. Each additional hour is billed at $75.00 per Bartender. Chef Attendant fees are $200.00 per attendant and may be required for specific menu items such as Carving Stations, Action Stations, etc. Note that additional stations may be required to service your guest counts and locations and fees are charged per Attendant required.
Menu selections must be given to the catering sales team at least ( 30) thirty business days prior to event date to ensure proper staffing, ordering and preparation of menu selection. The final guaranteed count is due ( 7) seven full business days prior to event. After this time, you may add to this count but you may not lower it. If the guaranteed count is not received by this date and time, the attendance on the most recent EOC will be used and client will be charged for the number of guests delineated in such EOC. Should the guaranteed attendance increase within ( 3) three business days of the event, an additional charge of 25% will apply per additional guest. Subject to product sourcing and availability.
Levy offers a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to complement your events! Alcoholic Beverages and services are regulated by the State of California, and as a licensee, we are responsible for the administration of these regulations.
All special dietary requests and needs are the client’s responsibility to collect from their guests and attendees / invites. Needs must be submitted in advance to the catering sales team with your final guest counts and appropriate additional fees will be noted. Any special dietary requests and needs that are served at the event without prior knowledge will be charged additional fees as late accommodations and are not included in the final guest counts.
China service ware or upscale disposable ware is available, additional charges will apply. Eco-friendly, biodegradable and disposable ware is standard for all catering services.
